Abstract

 

General Education – Holidays declared by the District collectors – Attendence of Teachers Clarified-Orders Issued.

ORDER

 

As per the Government Order read above Government have ordered that all members of the staff of the Educational Institutions, both Government and Private irrespective of whether they belong to vacation category or non vacation category should attend the Instituions whenever the educational Institutions are directed to be closed down by the District Collectors in connection with agitations or other situations.

 

Government are now pleased to dispense with the condition stipulated therein that the school teachers should attend the schools on the days on which the Collectors declare holidays to the Educational Institutions. But the teachers will have to attend schools on such days only if there are specific duties assigned or fixed for that day which cannot be postponed other wise.
