Kochi: The Kerala High Court has directed the state government to furnish details of all the criminal cases relating to MLAs and MPs which were withdrawn after September 16 last year with the reasons for the same.

New Delhi: The Kerala Government’s move to secure primary societies in the cooperative sector from stringent guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has received a setback with the Union Finance Ministry confirming that such entities cannot use the term “cooperative bank”.

The Tamil Nadu government has withdrawn the order mandating two doses of vaccines for entering temples. The order was issued for devotees planning to visit Meenakshi Sundareswar and Ramanthaswamy temples in Madurai and Rameswaram, respectively.

The timely action of the two officials saved a woman and her son from drowning in a pond.
